Hi everyone!! Well today I am feeling a bunch better, my throat is no where near as sore, and I have way more energy! Thank you for all of the well wishes, it sure makes a person feel great!

I got my sewing done!! I just have some hair things and bows to make for Abby. I have a few iron ons from the DISigner boards to do, but nothing too detailed! Here are the pics of the most recent:

Abby has been busy packing all of her travel games into her carry on. I bought her a new game for her leapster today, as well as some Color Wonder stuff. I bought some snacks for the car ride, wipes, sun screen and hand sanitizer. It is so surreal to start getting all this stuff together!! This weekend is our Thanksgiving so I am going to start packing our stuff. I figured that our summer clothes are just sitting waiting to go it, so why not??!!

We made all the arrangements for our pets, the cat is staying at the house and my Dad will be comming in to see her every other day. Dolce is going to my dads house, and Tao is going to Kyle's aunts house. We do have kennel reservations just in case something falls through.

I took the car for an oil change, so it is all ready to go. I refilled my prescriptions today, so no achy knees for me! ( The DR thought I may have Chondromalacia, but are retesting as they think it may be arthritis, the condition has never gotten better in almost 5 years.)

Well I think that is it for now...still trying to figure out what to do with the extra 2 dining credits, maybe we will just wing it...who knows...lol

I was going over all of our ADR's making sure that everything was all jiving, and I found something that wasn't going to work!! We have MNSSHP on the 28th, so that will be a late night and BBB on the 29th at 8am!! So I called and changed BBB to 11:30am! That will work much better!!

I have also scheduled Abby for the Wonderland Tea Party on the 27th! I think I may be a bit more excited than her, and I can't even go!!

I only have one extra dining credit, I have no clue how I came to two credits the other day

Now all these changes have me thinking about changing some other things around too...lol I was thinking about adding Akershus on the 29th instead of LTT, and changing LTT to a different day. Then comes that extra credit, I showed Kyle the UG and told him to go through all the restaurants and he came back with tons of course!! LOL Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

Now I am off to ponder what to do!

I love the color wonder stuff myself it should keep Abby entertained!

I bought more glow sticks when we were on the way to the airport (you can never have too many) and then we forgot them in the car! That's okay, I had plenty packed already and we can use the extras here just for fun! Halloween is coming, and trick or treat and parties........I should probably go get some more!

I was wondering where you were!!! LOL I really like the colour wonder stuff too. We bought it for the first time for the Dec 06 trip when we were staying in a vacation home, and we were all nervous about Abby getting marker on something and we would be charged. It lasts a fair amount of time as well, she still has a couple of the markers from 06! I went and bought a tube of glow sticks! Thanks for the suggestion! Yes we have a new bag to carry our stuff in. I think it was one of the first things that I bought specifically for this trip!! It was on sale on Boxing day (Not sure if you guys have that day or not, it is Dec 26 and we have SUPER sales) for $10 from $60 I used it here to go to the fair etc and it was great, so here is hoping it can stand up to the Disney test!! (If not I am sure I can find something down there )

I'm here for the short ride. I haven't totally finished the whole pre trippie but what I have read is great. You are quite the seamstress! Hope everything has settled down about the family troubles. I agree with you. Some days you feel like you never left high school Glad to hear you are breaking up the drive. We've done Minni like that, the drive is just so long otherwise. It'll be nice to arrive at MCO so early. Can't wait to hear all about your trip with pictures and everything. Happy packing

Noooo, say it isn't so I say if they are being horrible to you just go and have a great time. You said they didn'y know much about Disney and your ressies aren't together. Oh I hope this works out for you. Rremember your family and your/their happiness come first. Disney isn't exactly a cheap vacation to have it ruined by other people. My sister had that happen one time and she was there for 2 wks! We arrived as a surprise after the first week and she said she was never so happy to see us. Her daughter was 10 at the time and her vacation was being ruined. There is nothing worse than a mother's wrath when you hurt her child!

Well I promised you an update, so here it goes, as best as I can make sense of everything that went on yesterday!

Disney called my MIL and was confirming all of the ressies as we were now a Grand Gathering, and somehow she was put as the `planner`. I guess my mom hadn`t changed her ressies over to the GF yet, and my MIL got mad, mad isn`t quite the word for it actually! My mom had full intentions of moving to the GF or AKL, as she didn`t want to `butt in` on that part of the family`s vacation. My MIL just didn`t understand that, called Kyle yelling him and told him that no offence, but I don`t want to walk our out of my hotel room and see her, so go fix this now. So Kyle called my mom explained what was going on, and she said that she was going to be calling Disney this week to change her ressies over. She hadn`t done so yet because she had just had dental surgery and her RA/Lupus is flaring up. My mom got really hurt by what Kyle`s mom had said and she cancelled her vacation. Then the calls between the two started and things just kept escallating (sp). I really felt at about 2 am that I needed to call Jerry Springer...LOL

I really felt like I have been pulled through the ringer this morning. I said to Kyle that it is terrible that all this has to happen within a week of us leaving!! WOW As some of you know our car was hit in the parking lot on Monday, leaving us with what is now over $3000 damage to the car! We just had bought it 2 months ago. So we will be driving down to MSP in a smashed up car! I really hope everyone`s emotions and feelings are all in check by Monday, I really don`t want the magic taken from the most Magical place, it would devastate me!

I am sorry this update is all over the place, but I really cannot think straight yet! Now to pull it together and go shopping for last minute things...what a day it will be!
