Not receiving stuff in the mail from Disney

Is it just me or does it happen to other people as well? This is our fifth big family trip where we get multiple rooms and have 13 or more people going and every single time someone doesnt get their luggage tags or certain mail while the other rooms do. Its random who doesnt get it and who does each time.

Do you all live in the same town?

Just wondering if it's a difference in who is carrying the mail to you. For example, where I live I can't use Amazon Prime 1-Day because they use this goofy service that is basically a guy driving around in his car and he loses everything.

No we live in different towns....Ive lived in two different houses during the time going to disney and ive had this same problem each time we go.
