Not receiving new post email notifications

Haven't received a new email notification since July 24. I just went to a couple of my threads and did the "unwatch" then "watch" to see if it will restart. Just wanted to let you know.

I haven’t been able to get email alerts for a couple years. From nosing around online it seems like my email carrier is now filtering them out. They don’t even get them in my spam folder. They seem to go nowhere.

I had the same problem with my comcast email and had to switch to a gmail account. It has worked ever since but today for some reason the emails no longer include the text of the post. I have to hit the link to the thread to actually see the text of the post. Is that a new change?

Have you been hitting "mark forums read"? If you haven't looked at a thread in a bit, they stop sending notifications.

If that doesn't help, it's possible it's an email server issue. I lost my email notifications a couple years ago. From my research, my email service provider decided notifications from the DIS weren't worthy of passing through. They don't even show up in my spam folder. I tried everything but no go.

I did try using a throwaway gmail account and forwarding them to my main email, but eventually they blocked those as well. I had to give up.
