Not paid in full?

Hello Experts,

I have 2 reservations I made through a TA, and our booking window just opened tonight.

When I login to book activities, I see this:
  • My Stateroom 9174:
  • MY NAME
  • WIFE'S NAME
  • SON'S NAME
  • Stateroom 9176: (Not paid in full)
  • MOTHER IN LAW'S NAME
  • DAUGHTER'S NAME
I can book activities okay for them, and I can book activities when logged in through their reservation as well. I paid in full several months ago and confirmed with my 2 weeks ago that it was good.

Logged in through the 2nd room, I see this:
  • My Stateroom 9176:
  • MOTHER IN LAW'S NAME
  • DAUGHTER'S NAME
  • Stateroom 9174:
  • MY NAME
  • WIFE'S NAME
  • DAUGHTER'S NAME

Obviously I will call in the morning...but looking for some late night advice :)

How did you pay? Was it by credit/debit card? If so, did the payments actually post against your account in the correct amounts? Was the merchant listed DCL, or was it the TA?
 
We has multiple rooms and my mother in law's looked like that when we checked in. We had paid about 10 days in advance. I had the confirmation from the TA showing a zero balance, so I didn't worry about it, and they didn't cancel the room or anything, so I think it's just a glitch.
 
If DCL allowed you to book activities, they have been paid in full (they won't open up booking Palo/Remy, Port Adventures, Spa or Nursery until your reservation is paid in full.) Did you happen to pay your TA by check? A lot of time when you pay a TA by check, they only send the net amount due to DCL (they hold onto their commission) so DCL didn't receive ALL of the money but they received their full portion of it.

Thanks, I have confirmed that this was indeed the case with ours too.

I paid for this about 8 months ago (since I didn't want to deal with the falling Canadian dollar, which turned out to be a good decision!). I was able to book Palo/BBB/Spa, so I think it should be good to go.

Weird bug though.
