Not letting me post a new topic

Not letting me post as new topic, saying there is a duplication. I missed the topic then amended it and wont let me now

Have you tried using a different title?

I had this trouble when trying to post my trip reports. Someone suggested I used a short one word title to post. This worked. I was then immediately able to edit my post and change the title to the one I really wanted.
