My family has old non expiring tickets in our accounts. When I look at the app it says my husband and sons all have 9 days left, when I look on the computer it just shows the tickets but doesn't say how many days are left. So i went to make FPs for our upcoming trip and after 4 days it said my one son had reached his FP limit and couldn't make more, then after 5 days it added my husband as having reached his limit. So only my one son and I would be able to make FPs for our entire stay. I know ticketing and FP issues are a separate entity than reservations, etc, and I didn't want to have to sit on hold somewhere for a long time just to have to get transferred around. What number should I call to try to figure out what the problem is? I'm worried that at some point when we had APs they used the wrong tickets, even though we stopped at Guest relations each trip to make sure tickets were prioritized correctly. However, then it's odd that the app shows them having 9 days but I can't make FPs for more than 4 and 5 days, respectively. Sometimes I miss the days when I had a paper ticket and simply wrote the date of use on the back to keep track of what we had left.
