Not Happy!!

I ordered Mickeys Christmas tickets in early September and am still waiting for them to be delivered. I have tried to ring Disney ticket line and have sent e-mails but, to date no response. I am really annoyed about this as I always thought Disney were exceptional. This proves that they are just like any other big company. In the morning I will ring Nationwide and ask them to vcancel the payment. Perhaps that will get the attention of Disney!! :furious:
 
Sorry your having problems!! That is quite strange, i ordered mine in May and got them through within a matter of days! Hope you get it sorted!
 
I wonder if they have you down as picking them up when you arrive, its called wil-call I believe. Do you know if you have been charged postage??

That may be the problem - last time I ordered from Disney to get some tickets to the UK was $10. $3 was for US post. Not sure why they have not spoken to you or returned your emails though!
 
We also paid $10 for shipping to the UK. Hope it all gets sorted for you :thumbsup2
 
We too paid $10 and received our tickets within days of ordering. Did you checked that they actually took the payment from your card? It would seem something has definitely gone wrong with your order and it's very bad that they haven't replied to you. Hope you get it sorted one way or the other :goodvibes
 
We also paid $3 postage and recieved the tickets from DHL approx 5 days later. Hope you get it sorted soon :teeth:
 
I ordered my tickets with Disney over the internet and clicked the $10 delivery box and received them within 4 days of placing the order. I would give them a call.

Thanks for the interest everyone. I managed to get hold of Disney last night by phone. Apparently some donkey had got my address wrong. I always spell it out as there is another street close to me with the same street name, just spelt differently. They have now promised to send the tickets back out to me. However, I am still annoyed as no-one has bothered to get back to me. This just proves that Disney is like other big companies. I am still waiting to be proved wrong by them actually getting back to me.

This shouldn't detract from the holiday though. :thumbsup2 :banana: :banana:
