Not happy with MainStreetMegastore

On December 2, I submitted an order to MainStreetMegastore for several items that I had hoped to give my son for Christmas. The shipping guidelines stated that orders should be placed by December 10th in order to receive them for Christmas. After 2 weeks passed and I had not received my order I checked my order status and found that my order is still "processing." It is doubtful I will receive these items before Christmas. None of the items were backordered. If you try to send an e-mail inquiry they state they will try to answer it within SIX days. I find this level of service unacceptable. Anyone else having problems with their order?

I have not ordered from them but just wanted to say I'm sorry this happened to you.

and it said it was still processing even when it was being delivered to my house.......Maybe you should hold on a few more minutes.....good luck .....

I placed an order with the a while ago and it took almost a whole month to get it. I e-mailed them and they answered me the next day and they said that they would resend my item and it came right away.
