Holiday Genie have managed to get £1000 off our card and now refusing to give us the holiday. So not happy and are fighting this awful company all the way for a full refund off money.

I'm so sorry! Hope you can get your money back. I keep getting emails from them with good prices, but obviously they can't be trusted.

What exactly has happened? Was the £1000 a deposit?
 
I'd really appreciate a few more details if you could? I've seen a great price for fly-drive with them for Oct half-term and am wondering what to do ... so information on what they are like as a company would be very helpful.
