Not going in Dec

Last minute I decided to not go to Disney. My dream was shattered. A customer came into work, we always talked about our parents, they are elderly. My dad is going to be 86 in July he mom was 84. well the first thing i always say is " Hi Arlene, how is your mom doing" well the look on her face, he mom passed away. MY heart sunk. That got me thinking, I was in Disney in June, go every yr. but I will not be having my dad for every Christmas some day so before I called my charge card in for my tickets I decided not to go, I think I made a wise decision. Mixkey, don't cry, I'll be back soon

Gail I know that must have been a hard decision but I agree that I think you made the right one. I would give up a trip to Disney in a minute if it meant I could spend another day with my Mom. Enjoy the holidays with you Dad.

I agree...I.too would give up a Disneyworld trip if I could spend one more day with my dad.
