Not enough points

We will be 10 points short of the condo we hope to book. Aprox how much do they charge per point at the Beach Club Villas?

If you are a member, why not borrow the needed points from your next Use Year? Otherwise, your options are to find another member to make the reservation for you for that one night, find another member to transfer the needed points into your account or just see if you can rent that night for cash. There is no way to obtain additional points for a reservation from DVC unless you purchase more points as an add-on - that would be $95 per point plus applicable maintenance fees.
