Any holidays booked for 2006 thats not WDW, DLRP???

I've got grand canyon and wild west in April but still undecided about august, suggestions please?

We are going to New York, San Francisco and Hawaii in April.

Also planning on doing a couple of city breaks too. I would love to go to Florence and Prague, so fingers crossed ;)

Going to Spain, Portugal, the Canaries and Madeira on a cruise in April - we have a suite with a Butler so in for lots of pampering.
Florida in September 2006 and yet another Caribbean cruise in March 2007. Then something special - as yet undecided - in December 2007 for our 30th anniversary.

Going to Majorca for two weeks with my mum, dad, big brother and Andrew.

Kathryn

We are going to San Francisco in February to have a look at the place we might be relocating to for 10 months in 2007. Then we have New York at Easter and we are planning a west coast USA trip for the summer (including Disneyland of course!).

Some friends have invited us to their villa in Portugal for October half-term but DH isn't sure he will have enough holiday time to fit in that as well, as he wants to introduce the children to skiing next Christmas, something I am not overly keen on! :flower:

:wizard:

We are going back to the Western Stated again in 2006 :teeth: We are driving from San Francisco to Las Vegas over 3 weeks, so nice and leisurely.
Would love a short break later in the year or maybe it'll have to wait to Feb 2007 and then it will be St Lucia, fingers crossed :teeth:

Claire ;)

We have a week in Lanzarote booked for February half term :)

This is our make or break Med holiday, LOL. Having done Ibiza a few years ago and hated it we are trying somewhere different to see if it's the type of holiday or just the place we disliked. Keep your fingers crossed for me, please :)

There are lots of exciting trips planned!

Florence - which part of Hawaii are you visiting?

Frances - how exciting!!

Oh, Karen I hope you do enjoy Lanzarote, I must admit I'm totally bored by med beach style hols now 'cos I love WDW too much. I'm sure if you go with the attitude to just chill and enjoy the sun you'll have a great time and look on the bright side, you can fly from Exeter and its less than half the flight time of Florida!!!

LOL Carol! My sentiments exactly ;)

I'm sure a week will be lovely and relaxing and please let there be some :sunny:

If only we could have flown from Exeter though! We live 5 mins drive from the airport, but the flights weren;t right for half term unfortunately. Still we are going from BRS which is only an hour or so, so not too bad!

Don't know where we're going now - getting too confused. Maybe to Seattle to see one friend (taking in Vancouver), or to Adelaide to see another friend (but DH wants stopovers there and back cos of the lengthy flight plus wants to walk the Sydney Harbour Bridge, so cost is a big factor), or DH wants to see New York and Boston which is the most likely (although I'd sooner go back to Disneyland! maybe if I say to DH let's go to Miami instead since he likes CSI Miami, he'll let me go to Walt Disney World for a week!!). All depends on when we move house though in 2006. So no countdown just yet. By the way, Happy New Year to everyone ! :cheer2:

Unfortunatley we will just have to go to Florida for 3 weeks in August - poor old me

Do fancy New York though and if we did book anywhere else that's where it would be.

we are going to turkey in july ! our 1st med type holiday for a couple of years and im looking forward to chillin a bit :)

WDW in 2006 but wont be able to afford it for a few years after that so 2007 will be Cyprus I think as Gavin has always wanted to return there.

:flower:

We are going to Ostend Belgium in february t see a band called Quill it is supposed to be a really fun weekend. Only down side we have to go by eurostar and i am claustrophobic.

were exactly the same,(3 weeks in florida-what torture for us!) we would love to go back to new york, we once did a stop over there, well one day isnt long enough, we got to macys, time square and up the empire state building.so we are looking to go maybe near the end of 2006 if we can. :wizard:

We're going to Sunparks in Belgium for Feb half-term (booked and paid), and supposedly to Vancouver in August. I've done all the research, just need to go ahead and book. Anyone know anything about Zoom airlines? Much cheaper but DH is a bit nervous about standards/reliablility of non-big airline (in other words he wants BA or Air Canada)

short trip to DLRP for my bday in July ;) (it's not WDW!!)
Should be going to Majorca to visit friends in July also...
and want to go away with my mum, maybe southern italy (i LOVE sorrentto, pompei, capri... etc.) and she's a teacher so will have to be july/august time..

(hmmm... better get doing some overtime/winning the lottery)

Hubby wants to try a relaxing holiday in Portugal during the Summer, I've never been and I don't know anything about, so if anyone can recommend somewhere, please let me know :)

We're going camping in France in May, a football tour to Torquay in June (100+ of us :rotfl: ) and Prague in December with DH. So much to look forward to, love it!! :cool1:
