Not DIS related but i dont know who else to ask!

I'm having trouble downloading music downloading programs (i.e. Kazaa morpheous limewire) i get to the down loading screen and i see this white bok with a blue circle that has a line comeing out of it (looks like a backwars Q) and then it gets to the end of loading the page and it shows a picture of the backwards but with a rip in it. Does any one know whats wrong? Thats a bunch

I'm not familiar with this either, Samster. Are you still having the problem? Are those three different programs, or just one? Where are you trying to download them from? Can you give us a link?

Sounds like the "Quicktime" logo to me except for the "backwards" Q. Here is the Quicktime Logo. Does it look like this?

If it does, you might want to go to http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ and get the most recent version.

If it is different, I'll have to do a bit more investigation. I don't remember a backward Q right off hand.
