Not counting Le Cellier what is your fav Epcot restaurant

Chefs is quite kid friendly and they do a decent lunch. My favorite Epcot restaurant is Coral Reef, however.

I also don't get the hype of Le Cellier. It is far from a Disney favorite for us as well.

Bistro, Chefs and R&C are high on my list. My girlfriend would prefer Biergarten or GG.

Coral Reef and San Angel Inn both dropped off our list after being disappointed on our last 2 visits.

My favorite is Le Chefs de France. The food is actually on par with the atmosphere, something you don't normally find in many Disney restaurants.

I too do not understand the extreme hype of Le Cellier. I think the food is just okay, but the service and atmosphere are just awful. Just my opinion...

1. Chefs de France

2. Le Cellier

3. Rose & Crown

4. Teppan Edo

5. San Angel Inn

We also love Teppan Edo!!! We are trying Chefs de France for the first time this trip.......... looking forward to it!!!

Our TOP Epcot picks........

1. Teppan Edo
2. Coral Reef (DS's FAV)
3. San Angel
4. Rose & Crown
5. Le Cellier

** Personally, while we "liked" Le Cellier.......... it isn't on our ADR list for our next trip! I don't get the "hype" either....... it wasn't nearly as spectacular as you are led to believe!! I agree, the service was HORRIFIC - the food was just OK - the soup was good though - and I felt like the serving sizes were VERY small (not that I'm a big eater, but they seemed really small in comparison to other restaurants).

tutto Italia......excellent meal..also
Biergarten is also pretty good..
Morocco

Tutto Italia was wonderful with excellant food and wait staff we will be eating there again on our upcoming trip.
Also will be trying Chefs de France--glad that everyone else approves of this
restaurant. Hoping to see Remi. Read that he only appears at lunch hours?:confused3

Does anyone know for sure???? We have Chefs for dinner............. I SO hope Remi is there......... DS will be disappointed if not (so will I).

I like Le Cellier but then again, I could live off of the pretzel bread.

Chefs de France gets a vote from me too.

I know you said you weren't considering Akershus but I loved that place! The all you can eat shrimp was a big hit with our family and the food was good too. Of course, the draw here is the princesses but that was definitely the best part. I LOVED interacting with the princesses. They are 'talking' characters and play their parts well. My husband and son were googly eyed over them as well. Just a thought for you :goodvibes

It's a tie between Chefs and Biergarten for us. Coral Reef gets an honorable mention. : )

I guess we are a little odd. Are favorite by far is garden grill. Love the fresh food they use there.

We are going in 13 days- YIPPPEE!!!! I have to be honest that I would love a Le Cellier ressie but haven't been able to get one. We ate at Askerhaus Sept 08 and I have to say I was disappointed. I consider myself a very adventurous eater and did not love the menu choices or the cold buffet. My meal was actually decent and the kids Loved the princesses but it is not on my list to go back. We are trying Marrakesh, the Biergarten, Chef's de France, Tutto Italia, Ohana and Cinderella's Royal Table. If anyone had a le Cellier ressie and they want to give that up for Mar13-19 let me know :goodvibes

My new favorite in the EPCOT area is Kouzzina. We just ate there last week and all four entrees that we had were out of this world!! I had the lamb shank...to die for!! DH had the flank steak, what flavor it had!! DS had the seafood stew which had a wonderful sauce to it and our friend had the pastissio (wrong spelling) which was rich and creamy and very big and delicious!! You can't go wrong with the calamari as an appetizer with two dipping sauces and delicious desserts!! This is my new favorite followed by BOMA, then JIKO and then Biergarten Le Cellier and Chefs de France. Will try bistro de paris and San Angel Inn in October!! :cheer2:
