Not all on Dining Plan

My sister, brother and I are going to be in Disney ~ my brother isn't staying with us on site and isn't on the dining plan. Will it be a problem at the restaurants if only my sister and I have the dining plan and he doesn't or will they just give us a bill for his meal?

No problem. They'll just give you a bill for his meal. If you order cocktails or appetizers when dining on the DDP you'll get a separate bill for those too. You can have your extras on his bill or separate.

They will just give your BIL a bill for his meal just be sure if you are doing a TS that you have made your ADR'S and added him to your count so you don't show up for your meal and you only have ADR for a table for two

just make sure the server knows he is paying for your extras

Tell the server at the start before ordering. Then two separate checks will automatically be prepared, one for DDP and the other for non-DDP. Makes it much easier if the server knows at the start than trying to sort everything out afterwards.

Make sure you and your sister order the 2 most expensive items and him the cheaper one and switch plates upon receiving I am sure they will love that.
