Not all names available on Friends & Family list

Myself and 2 DDs are traveling with our friends (another mom and her 2 kids). I have added her to my account and can only see her on my friends and family list. Is there a way to add her kids (DD13 & DS9)? Our concern is that I will be able to get us ROTR boarding but it will not include her 2 kiddos. I read you can add members of the party who have not been selected by asking cast members but am wondering if having to add 2 would be an issue. Or is there a better way to go this?

I solved it by calling IT. They can hook you up easily. It's just the hour and a half on hold that's the hard bit.
