Not able to enter Codes today

I have tried to enter codes today with my character in VMK and none of them worked for me. I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem today or if it was just me. I was thinking maybe I entered to many codes for the pirate loot. I played the new pirate game for the boat and none of the codes I put in worked. So I gave up on that and then I played the old game for pirates the one that gives you the room and stuff and they did not work needed space to store all my pirate loot since I am still puttiing in codes in the hopes of Sparrow. Maybe they finally stopped the old pirate game for the room like everyone said they would I am not sure but none of the codes worked.

Does this mean they're going to be rare? Because I have about 20 skull rock rooms with furniture.

It may have been just me today not sure if they will be rare or not. I did leave rooms and try all the codes again a couple of times and on diffierent accounts since we have more then one person that plays in the house and none of them worked. I gotta say I was getting pretty annoyed I even went as far as typing the codes in with one finger. I will try again tomorrow and see if they work.

Make sure that the codes are one that have not been used before.
Sometimes, when a code has been used already, it just says that the code is not valid.

And if you get any error message just a couple times, you will be unable to enter any more codes for a while on that character. It will just come up as an invalide code for all codes.

So you'll just have to wait a while to enter more or you'll have to try another character.
