Coming down in March. Was gifted a one day hopper (4 of us) and have a few questions.....We only want to do MGM, MK and Epcot (end of day)...is it worth getting a genie?...crowd calendar doesn't seem crazy, but we all know that can change in a second. We are booked for a Wednesday and want to get the most out of the day.

Probably depends on which week in March and what hours look like.

Also are you staying onsite and planning to take advantage of early entry/ late hours...

Just saw you were on a Wednesday, if you're staying at a dvc or Swan/dolphin, you could take advantage of the extra hours at MK. Looks like the last one of the month is Tuesday March 29th tho.

If you do get Genie, how would you want to use it, one or two rides in each park or multiple rides in one park?

There are ways to make it work and be effective, just go in with a game plan that will be most efficient for you.

Lol “we only want to do….” You named 3 out of 4 parks!

Don’t trust crowd calendars right now. Anything goes. More important predictors will be whether you are staying on site and have any access to early entry or late park closing and the park hours for any given day. Once you answer those questions I think you can get more guidance.

Have you brushed up on genie+ and $ILL?

Since you'd only be paying for one day of Genie+ I would go all in and buy it and the ILL$ for rides your party wants. Some depends on the ages of the travelers (any kids?) and your focus. Are there rides that are "must do"?

Regardless, as you probably already know, it will take a good bit of planning if you want to squeeze the max out of those tickets.

Keep in mind you can’t hop to your second park until 2pm or later. Makes it a bit more challenging to fit 3 parks in one day, but still doable if you only plan on doing a few things at each park.
