Northwest Coupon Vouchers on Ebay?

Where are people getting these coupons to sell in the first place? I've been trying to bid on a voucher for a couple days now and I'm always outbid!

Are these the ones that come in ValPak? For a set price on travel between zones? I always throw mine away. Might check valpak online.

Yes, some are set price between zones and some are so many $$ off certain priced fares.

I've never heard of valpack.
