Northwest Airlines question?

I had booked a flight with NWA online.

I have been watching the flights and the price took a really big drop for a very short period of time.

I called the airline and asked for a reduced price on my flight. I was told no problem and was told I'd be issued with some sort of flight credit for xxx amount of money to be used in the next year.

That was several days ago. I never received any confirmation of that price reduction, other than verbally with the telephone operator.

Should I have received an email confirmation or something? Is there somewhere on their website to look and see if I actually received the credit?

I'd go to their website and look up your itinerary. Should be easy enough to do. Good luck. I hope the credit is there for you. (and I REALLY hope you can use it. NWA is notorious for giving out difficult-to-use vouchers/credits)
