Cool! Love the outfit! :rotfl: Let me know when you find your formal.

I think that we will be flying out of Chicago, hopefully direct. So it looks like British Airways may be the way to go. Do you have any suggestions? I doubt we will do Delta again. The flights we had with them last month going to Italy were great. But since they go out of Atlanta, it makes for a very long day of travel for us. So we are going to stick with going through Chicago this time.

If you fly British, look into the Premium Economy. It costs a little bit more, but the bigger seats are so worth it.

I wonder if they will do any themed parties. Not sure about Pirates in the North Sea, or Baltic Sea, but they could have Norwegian one!!!

Troll Night!!

Hey Emily! I see by our signature that you are going on the Viva Italia tour through ABD. You will just love it! We had a great time last month and wished we had extended our stay in Italy. If you have any questions about the tour, pm me.

Yeah, we're going next May. I'm really looking forward to it. If I think of anything I'll let you know. Thanks!!!!

Oh, that sounds great! Steve is always asking about business or 1st class. But I have such a difficult time going from $1,300 a ticket to $5,000. Maybe the Premium Economy will be a happy medium. Thanks for the info!

I just found that. Well I guess I will get a visa. This is the 1 place that I will want to see lots of and I know that churches and museums I can do cheaper than the tours through DCL. Plus I hate all the waiting for group excursions. Add another $1000 to our price.:scared1:

I feel the same way! I understand the passport and Visa, but what is the voucher business??

Yikes! I may not have to do much to look like that!

With British it's called World Traveller Plus.

Troll night! Think of the pics from that :rotfl:

Will we be doing Fish Extenders? I've never been in a group that has done them. So even though this will be our 5th cruise with DCL, someone will need to hold my hand and explain it all to me. I'm sure they are doing them on my next cruise in May. But I won't be able to participate. I had no idea, but the cruise that we booked is the Podcast Cruise. Since we booked with DVC points and not through DU, we can't participate in any of the events, meets, etc.

Why can't you participate? FE aren't DCL sponsored it's something arranged through Dis groups, it has nothing to do with DCL, DVC, DU, etc. I don't see why booking through DVC would exclude you from anything.:confused3

Eva - FE's have nothing to do w/ who you booked through. It's a DIS thing.

I've only had FE gifts for 2 out of the 4 cruises I've been on. The only one that I actually had something hanging from my fish was for the last one - the Panama Canal one.

We had a group for each day---gift of the day. There were also people that would drop off individual gifts too (Marilyn & John gave me a Mr Tickle, and Mary & Patrick gave me some yummy dark Cadbury chocolates :goodvibes ).

It was fun coming "home" each time and seeing things sticking out of the pockets.

I'm sure someone will post a picture of their FE.

I understand that. But the Podcast trip is a DIS sponsored cruise. The DIS Podcast group invited the entire website to join in this 4-day cruise starting May 10th. They have all kinds of events that are being sponsored directly through the Podcast and Dreams Unlimited. All the meets and events are being planned by these groups and you have to have made your reservation through DU to join in. Unfortunately the entire trip thread is made up of the people that booked through DU and seem to be regular listeners of the Podcast. I did chime in to say we were going when we booked the cruise. But found out pretty quickly that I wouldn't be able to join in on the activities. The people on the thread were really nice and said maybe I would see some of the group wandering the ship or on the secret deck. Not a big deal. It is only a 4-day and we are using the cruise to decompress after a week at WDW with our girls and grandkids.

Eva - let me know (when it gets closer) if you want to meet up for a coffee or something....I'm about 20 min from WDW.
