Headed out of office in an hour to catch flight to Orlando! Getting on the Wonder tomorrow for Jamie's 18th birthday. She turns 18 on Friday and we are going to Palo's for dinner. That's what she wanted to do.

Nothing like travelling across the whole country for a 3 night cruise, just so she can go to Palo's ON her 18th birthday!

Then back on Sunday, had to save all my vacation time for the 3 weeks in June when she graduates!

That's funny ... My big (depressing) birthday is coming up in September. I always joked that I wanted to spend it at MK, so my daughter suggested we head down for the weekend! Nice of her, considering I'll have to pay!

Well, small world....the sommelier that was on the Magic over spring break is from France. He's engaged to a girl from Garfield Heights.

When I got home from work today there was a package waiting. I automatically asked my husband what he had bought on line and then I noticed it was addressed to me! It was my t-shirt & hoodie from Cafe Press They are great, I want to wear them NOW! But just know that I would somehow mess them up So they are in the packing box waiting for 50 something more days I'll be the one in the yellow t-shirt!!!

I can't believe that I still haven't bought our airline tickets for this trip. I simply have been hoping that a fare sale would pop up and save us some money.

As it stands, there really hasen't been too much movement. A few weeks ago, USAir's prices dropped slightly, but now they have gone back to what they were before and AA's prices have come down a bit.

Woo hooo! Isn't there a web site somewhere that shows where the ship is? I kinda sorta remember seeing it once. So does that mean that today they are at Castaway Cay? Wonder how the weather is?

Jumping to another subject (sorry that's how I talk too) I haven't been to the facebook page for this cruise yet today so maybe someone has already done it. But do you think we could put the names of the people that haven't been heard from here on there and see if they are looking at that at all?! Just wondering?

Marianne, it really was rainy and windy as we sat through a 4 hour rain delay at AT&T park. Must say the weather on Friday the 9th was great! i got to 5 games and they won 3 of them and so far are in 1st place in the division. Giants fans have to take whatever we can get with the wins! Sue

I have been told by a friend who has family in France that the airfares generally do not drop for travel in Europe once you get into April. There is a lot of vacation travel going on when we are doing our cruise so airfares don't seem to drop. I booked in Feb. because of this my ds and her husband did not book until 3 weeks ago and their fare was $300 more for the two of them than us. ugh!

Seaulater - Wow! What a a great getaway a short cruise on the Wonder!

Now am I the only one starting to worry about the volcanos in Iceland? Especially when I read that there is another volcano named Katia that tends to erupt in tandem and this one is more concerning.

All these eruptions and volcvanin ash better be done by the time we leave. I hope it is anyways! Maybe praying will help!
