I was thinking that I would have room after I passed out my FEs and Sm gifties but that might not work as I may end up with just as many gifties!

I finally finished my fish extender. We decided to make it in the style of the Grand Californian Hotel at Disneyland since that is where we always stay when visiting Disneyland. I think it took me so long cause I made it up as I went along and if I ever make another one I am following someone else's pattern! Now it's the husband's turn to cut the dowel!

There is a small pocket at the top and the pocket in the middle is a spot that we can put a picture or a post card etc, the bottom pocket is the biggie (hoping to prevent any gifties from disappearing). It's 36 inches long and 8 1/2 inches wide (will it fit?). Now I can't wait to use it and see if it works!

Hmmm...the system crashed on me about 30 minutes ago as I was booking my excursions. I still can't get back on. Well, at least I got the important things, like my Palo dinner ressie and St Petersburg excursions. I still need to book Helsinki and Stockholm, but that may have to wait until morning. If I don't get in the next try, I'm going to bed!

I went on-line this morning at 0630 hrs and all the Palo brunches on the frist 3 sea days are already booked! We booked brunch on the last sea day.

We tried to book a massage for my wife but all the sea days were booked with the exception of dinner slots and late at night.

We were able to get the excursions we wanted...which were not much. We have a private 2-day tour booked for SPR but are doing the DCL Folkloric excursion. Most of the other ports we are DIY.....just use and a Frommer's book.

I had a little problem with crashing too but I did get my Palo ressies, and a few excursions. What are you guys booking for Helsinki? I think I am going to stay on the ship that day and rest!

We are on this cruise. I'm wondering if there is a Teen cruise-meets for this cruise? My 16 yo (will be 17 when we cruise) son will be on this cruise and I suggested to him that he start a cruise meets thread for the teens if there was not on already.

Hey, that's great! Love the idea of the Grand Californian. It is the perfect size. BTW, use a 1/2" PVC pipe instead of a wooden dowel, they are cheap and easier to cut.

I just finished an FE by adapting a DVC member tote, but I'm not really happy with it......I might re think the whole thing.

In Helsinki, we plan to go to shore, walk around to see the city, take a bus tour if they have one. On our own.

Saw Avatar tonight (finally) and loved it. We saw the preview for Prince of Persia. It comes out on May 28th and is a Disney film. Hope we get to see it on the boat. I loved the Video game! Just hope the movie is as good!
