I’d never actually thought that Manchester would be ideal for the transport situation either. They’ve got plenty places to eat there, even in the Printworks alone.

Whenever I go to Manchester, I always head to the Printworks to get a Quiznos sub, as it's a little taste of America for me!
Manchester would suit me as well, as I can also get the train easily enough, and that means I can then enjoy a few 'adult' drinks with the meal
I am away from October 1st-17th, but any other dates would be good

By the looks of things, we're possibly looking more towards the end of October for the majority of people. Plenty of Disney trips getting in the way I see

The very end of Oct is no good for me but we are never going to get a date or venue to suit everyone so its probably best just to arrange a date and I'll see if I can make it .

As for venues all the ones mentioned so far are Ok with me but Id prefer Manchester or Chester - the Trafford Centre may be an option or the Chill Factor but there again they probably arent as easy to get to without cars

For anyone, once it's decided, who can't make it, lets hope everyone enjoys it that much we can have another one next year

I don't think people would mind at all if children came along. We'd have to obviously find a venue that wouldn't mind us having them in there, but I can't see why it'd be a problem Louise

Towards the end of October would be great. I have voted October or November and Manchester, but would come to the other choices as well.

There seem to be a lot of date clashes for those that want to attend, so can I suggest that once this poll finishes, perhaps we could do a new poll of the 4 weekends in the chosen month? It seems as though some people are invariably going to miss out still, but at least the majority of people can then pick the best weekend for themselves to have the best shot at attending.
I hope that makes sense!

Good idea I'll leave the current poll open until Saturday this week and then change it to the winning month's individual weekends
