Will the north wing be completed by March?

The "rumor" is that once the south garden wing rehab is finished, the north wing will be demolished and Disney Vacation Club Villas will be built in its location. This has not been confirmed by Disney, but has been rumored on several disney boards for the last year.

Don't see it happening that soon. I was just there last month and there was a lot of work going on there as well. New carpeting, mattresses, TV sets, refrigerators, etc... I don't know what the average lifespan is on these things, but I doubt that the demolition will occur in the near future. Especially when Saratoga Springs has a ways to go until it is sold out. I could see people waiting until the Contemporary Vacation Club is built.

So are they currently working on north wing ? I am hoping to get a renovated room end of december
