Normal for ADR Site to Crash?

This morning I went in and got some ADRs but all of sudden regardless of device I can't search for ADRs anymore. Gives a message about system issues. Is this normal?

When I got up to book our ADRs for our October trip several weeks ago, the WDW website crashed on me twice and wouldn't let me back in, saying the site was blocked. I immediately pivoted to the app in both instances while I cleared the cache on my laptop browser. Thankfully, the ADRs that I was attempting to get when their site crashed both times were still available on the app. Key thing is to be prepared.
