I'm angry too. Not only is Stefan incredibly arrogant, but I thought they made it pretty clear that his dishes tonight were inferior in comparison to everyone else? So lame. Not only is Fabio a great chef, he's some serious eye candy.

On a happier note - that plantation they were at for the Quick Fire? I used to be a tour guide there in high school! It was pretty cool seeing it on TV!

But I think Stefan should win. He's won more challenges than everyone else put together. I think he IS the best chef on the show.

But Fabio was my favorite by far!!!!!! I would MUCH RATHER go to a restaurant he owned than one owned by Stefan.

I so agree with all of this. Although I do think that Carla is starting to come into her own.

If Taopf chef only meant u had to cook great then there are many people in prior seasons who were deserving. They are keeping Stefan for the atrociousness value. Like Marcel!!!

I LOVE Fabio. He was so, well...Italian. I wish they would have gotten rid of someone else.

I am really starting to like Carla though - who ever thought she would come this far? And Emeril was totally impressed by her.

I agree that Stefan makes good TV-- we all love to hate the villian.

But they're not just keeping him-- he's WINNING challenge after challenge. They keep saying that what happens in the kitchen doesn't matter; it's the food that's served that matters. (Otherwise, Carla would have gotten the axe in that episode where she talked about sending "the love" out to the judges-- they though she was looney!!!)

And it looks as though Stefan is the best there at cooking.

I hope she wins, but Stefan's win is inevitable. Though, he has been in the bottom quite a bit lately. And Carla's been in the top. HOsea doesn't have much of a chance, he's clearly not as good as Carla or Stefan.
