Non-working PDF coupon ACK!

Hi All,

New DIS'er and New VMK'er. Though you wouldn't know it by the rate I'm trying to earn pins/furniture/in park quests. Not enough time and too much VMK stuff to earn.

Anyhow, finally logged on early enough today to see the Jungle Cruise Top 10 at a reasonable level. Played the game, received a congratulations coupon...and as I'm redeeming the coupon, I get a "Coupon Unavailable".

ACK! Since I think the VMK prize is the tent room...any confirmations? I'm a tad bit bummed. Anyhow, sent out a contact message to VMK and hopefully I'll be hearing from them soon. Anyone else have a similar problem?

I had the same problem this morning with Fireworks. I got a spot in the top 10, clicked on the link and nothing. I sent the details to VMK and got a quick reply saying they would look into it. Hopefully, they give me a good voucher or maybe just the chair.

I think a few people have been having a problem this AM. Anyhow, they got back to me quickly too. Hopefully we get our prizes. I think mine is the tent room, but I have no idea what the fireworks game would give...

Gee, you actually get a response? How quickly? I've reported my problems getting a tour coupon for finding 50 mickeys several times w/ no response.

Someone said they (VMK staff) have trouble w/ AOL addresses, but I've also supplied an alternative address.

Ok, so I got an automated email response back. Guess it wasn't a real person, but at least it was an attempt heh.

Must not be my day, because I placed first in the fireworks game today too, and received some coupon...but that too, doesn't work. Now I have two automated emails from the "Contact us" link.

Seems like I'll never know what I'm suppose to win. Will track how long it takes to fix.
