Hello Everyone
I purchased Disney park tickets through a TA and they are convention tickets so they are non transferable.
I linked my reservation to MDE and 2 of the tickets are assigned to the wrong person. One adult has a child ticket and A child has an adult ticket.
I contacted Disney and they said everything on their side looks good it is just not showing correctly on MDE.
My question is when I do fastpasses will I have a problem and when we enter the parks with the magic bands will we be questioned?
I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and if everything was ok when they articled at the parks.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

I think if you have not used the tickets then you can resign them to the right person

as fair as FP goes you should be fine on that end.

There shouldn't be a problem.

If you want to switch them, go to My Reservations and "reassign" each ticket.

Or, just switch around MBs for your visit. The adult wears the MB that links to where the Adult Ticket is linked.

Thankyou.
I never thought about switching magic bands. Great idea! The TA said it is a glitch in MDE.
I tried to reassign tickets but it said that the owner of the ticket is the only person who can do that.

Log in as the other person whom the ticket is assigned and then reassign the ticket back to you. Then log in as yourself and assign that to the desired person. I did this in 2014. Hope it still works. Pixie dust!

Similar Problem -- We have 2 reservations; 1 in my name and one in my parents name. My mother is listed under the resort and I was able to add her to ADRs but she did not have a ticket showing in MDE whereas I had 2! A quick phone call to WDW solved the problem very quickly. The tech said that somehow the system grabbed my name with Dad's reservation instead of Mother, even though she was linked to the room. (Weird!) . Either way, it's usually a simple fix that an MDE tech can help with pretty easily.

I also had to "fix" our Magical Express reservations. I was able to find round trip flights for all 6 of us for $893 but only if I added a day to the front end of our stay. Oh Darn! An extra day at Disney! LOL

I made a room only reservation at POP and added Magical Express which had us departing the day after we arrived instead of at the end of our package stay. Another easy fix within the same phone call, just transferred over to another agent in the Magical Express department. Total time on the phone was about 40 minutes with 2 transfers to get to the right department, hold time, time to fix my issues, and have a Magical Day!

We had a similar issue with tickets not being assigned properly in MDE. We went to the front desk at our on-site hotel and they were able to fix it all within 10 minutes. Good luck!
