Non-Smoking Rooms????

We are staying at the YC and WL on our upcoming trips. Both are conciege levels. I have requested non-smoking rooms. Does anyone know if these rooms are automatically non-smoking?Are there particular floors in these resorts that are non-smoking?

Smoking requests are a request basis only. They will do their best to accomodate you. If you have a medical need for a non-smoking room, the special services desk should be able to help guarantee it for you.

Unless it's medical necessity they are just requests, not guaranteed, but the vast majority of rooms at WDW resorts are designated non-smoking.

I have been given rooms with non-smoking signage on the door that smelled obviously of smoke, so I don't know if they're any good at enforcing it.
