I need ONE more ADR for a non-signature meal. It would be, hopefully, for 12/30 and I am hoping for a MK resort so that we can easily get to the park for the day early NYE fireworks. We are already planning for O'Hana so I am considering Grand Floridian Cafe or somewhere else.

We ate at the Wave in 2008 and I wasn't that impressed. Has the menu/service changed at all since then? Which would you recommend?

I've been to both recently, and I would recommend Grand Floridian Cafe over The Wave. GF Cafe has a nicer atmosphere, situated next to some of the beautiful GF gardens. And I think the food quality is definitely better at GF Cafe. The Wave's menu is very similar to how it was a few years ago. I like the idea of the menu (local, healthier, etc), but execution was off. My piece of fish there was absolutely disgusting - I think it was the bloodline or something, but my knife couldn't cut it.

pirate:you might want to try 1900 park fare for dinner at the GF. Good food, buffet, and characters. Sometimes tough to get adr as is pretty popular. Good luck.
