Non-resident annual passes

I havent been to Universal since summer of 2009 but am hoping to get a few days in for trip that is planned ina few weeks.... Now, we are DVC owners and usually get at least one trip in the summer as well. I would like to purchase Annual passes for Universal ( that's what I have done before) but I can only seem to find annual pass options on web page now for residents.. Are they only available to residents now??????

The website automatically takes you to the page for Florida residents for some reason. You have to click on the link on the right side of the page to get you to the page I have linked above.

As a non-Florida resident can you no longer get the pass with block out dates? What was/is called the PowerPass? I was interested in getting one of those. We had one several years ago and were thinking of going back.

The power pass (with blackout dates) is now only available to FL residents.

The preferred and premier are available to everyone.
