I'm still trying decide about Goofy's Kitchen, if I haven't left it too late to get a ps. Our week at DL will be July 21 - 28 and I know it's going to be busy.

I'm trying to decide whether to try Goofy's Kitchen for Breakfast or Dinner. I think I'm going to go on a non-park day so we won't feel so rushed.

Breakfast would be nice but I don't know if mid-morning would stiill be a zoo? Or would it be better to go for dinner, I was thinking maybe around 7 or 8pm?

Is there still lots of choice if you don't go at the start, or are you destined for cold left-overs and still long line-ups.

Is there any day, for breakfast or dinner that we should avoid Goofy's, all together?

TIA :)

I've never found a bad time at Goofy's Kitchen, although I've always gone fairly early for dinner. My favorite time to go is late lunch when it is less likely to be as crowded and the characters have more time to mess with you. Later in the evening might be that way... Breakfast is most hectic I think, but I think you'll have a great time whenever you go.

We had a different experience! We went at a fairly light crowd time (last week of April) - we had a 7am ps for Goofy's and had no problem ourselves getting seated or getting food. But by the time we left at about 8am - the place was an absolute zoo. This was a Monday morning. My guess would be that between 8am and 10am are going to be pretty crazy. I know 7am was great, and I've heard that going for brunch after 10:30 is also good. Anyway - personally - I would avoid anything except the very first breakfast ps's for breakfast!

I would have to say a toss up between the two previous responses. DH and I have had 7am PS's at Goofy's and felt like one of the only one's there. There was piping hot food waiting for us, and the character interaction at that time was superb. I guess that early in the morning, there won't be a TON of families with children there. They seemed to filter in by 8:30-9am however.

We have also eaten there for late breakfast-going-into-lunch hours and even though slightly more crowded than 7am (of course), everything was still manageable and there was plenty of food (and replenishment). By that time however, they may be changing up the menu a little bit at a time so you may see some empty chaffer dishes or whatnot, but just consider it an opportunity to try some breakfast fare and other dishes not served in the mornings! Character interaction still good, they were moving along quite fine. :teeth:

Thanks for all your replies! :)

Could someone please tell me what the hours are for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner?

TIA! :)

When I called over the weekend to make our PS, the lady said that dinner starts at 5pm (so that's the time I asked for).

We went at 12.30pm (we had a booking for 1.30pm) and still got in, it was not that busy, plenty of empty tables and loads of character time :-)
