DIS Dads Non-park Dad & Daughter day

When schedule allows, I like to take each of my kids on a one-on-one day. I'm look for some fun ideas to do on my upcoming Dad & Daughter day. So far I have a breakfast at 1900 Park Fare reserved as well an afternoon appointment at Disney Springs BB Botique.

She is 5 and loves all things princess and any kind of ride vehicle. We also are not going into parks that day, but I will have a car so the rest of property is fair game.

I would have suggested mini golf too.

Since you are going to Disney Springs, how about some of the things there? Lego store, build-a-dino at T-Rex. Something as simple as a movie?
Not sure what your budget is, but there is the characters in flight balloon (they may have changed the name) and if she likes rides, maybe the amphicars at Boathouse?

Since you have a car, I would recommend the mini golf too.
