Non Park Character Lunches

Are there any non park character lunches anywhere.

No. Chef Mickey's during free dining did serve lunch, but it was only for that period of time.

There are very few places that serve character lunch at all. The ones I can think of are:

CP at MK
GG at Epcot
PSTB at Epcot
H&V at MGM
