i have tickets to oogie boogie ( yeah!!!) so to get on the rides during oogie boogie event you have to show your wrist band? but what's to prevent people from staying and causing big lines at the restaurants and parades?

They sweep for non party guests and direct them towards the exit when the park closes for the party.

They move people that don’t have wristbands out of the park. You’re not allowed in lines for restaurants or rides. They have lines of CMs across walkways that only let people with wristbands walk through and turn around anyone that doesn’t have one.

Yes, it’s not just rides. They check you everywhere you go and they are very efficient at getting non-party guests out quickly. Honestly, that is the last thing you need to worry about.
