Non-members can buy BLT

No - the DVC Sales Center is open 7 days a week.

Sales of BLT began last Sunday to existing members and will open to all others on Sunday, October 5.

The guides can take the info, but the sale won't be entered until 10/05 for non members.

I am an non-member and my contract information is being entered today. In fact, my guide told me and let me know he already entered it (I've been talking to him a lot lately, and guess he knew I was anxious). He also told me that October 5th was the day it was released to the general public, but that it could be submitted beginning the 28th. My credit card shows an authorization already as well.

I wouldn't think that they could charge your credit card before the official public sale date, so maybe they've opened it up a week sooner than originally planned.

lionqueen, do you know if you are a founding member? Just curious if that was closed or not. Thanks!

There is debate as to when the "official" open to the public date is. My post was in response to that question.

I am not able to be a founding member unfortunately so I don't know if all the spots are taken for sure or not. My guide thinks strongly that there are none left after the Member Cruise contracts are entered, nothing for sure yet.

I just got off the phone with my guide who said the opening day is October 5th. He said they already have "several hundred" orders in the queue waiting to be processed on that day and that we could start the paperwork today if we wanted.

I just got off the phone with my guide who said the opening day is October 5th. He said they already have "several hundred" orders in the queue waiting to be processed on that day and that we could start the paperwork today if we wanted.

Well as with all Disney CM's different ones have different information. I can only say that my guide told me that the 28th (yesterday) would be the day my information was entered and my payment debited.

My credit card had the autorization last night and is currently pending. Somebody is getting mis-information from someone. In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter if it's entered this week or next. I'm just saying my credit card was ran for our payment yesterday and I was told from day 1 that it could be entered the 28th

I just spoke to someone in the sales office and she confirmed the Oct. 5th date for the public.
