Non-members and grand villas

I recently paid the non-member rate to stay at BLT and LOVED it! I'm not in a position to own yet, but when traveling with my extended family we need more space. Are the GVs an exclusive item for members to book, or are they available for the general public to rent as well? I don't see them listed as an option on the website, but I was wondering if they would be available if I called. Otherwise we will look into renting points. Thanks!
