Non FP Ride MUST DOS! and wait times

What are the must do Non-FP Rides and what are typical wait lines for them?

(These lines are based on busy periods, but not holiday)
DL:
Peter Pan (45min)
Mr. Toad (25-30)
Matterhorn Bobsleds (30-45)
Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage (60+)
Star Tours (25-30)
Jungle Cruise (10-15)
Pirates (10-15)
Haunted Mansion (20-25)

DCA:
Monster's Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue (10-15)
Turtle Talk w/ Crush (depends on what time you get there. Early in the day you can usually walk on)
MuppetVision (never more than 1 show)
ITtbaB (same as MuppetVision)

Last time we were there the Pirates ride was the longest of the non-FP. We practically walked right on first thing in the morning but by 10am and on it had wait-times of 30 mins. average.

Peter Pan can be the worst, an insane wait for a 45 - 60 second ride. I was going to time the ride last time, but that's what it seems like!

It depends on your group and interests, but here is my list:

POTC
HM
Matterhorn
Peter Pan
Alice In Wonderland
Storybookland Canal Boats
Turtle Talk With Crush (at DCA)

Wait time depends on time of day, day of the week, and time of year. In the first couple hours of the day, and last couple hours, all rides are pretty short - 0-15 minutes.

POTC and HM seem to max out at 35-40 minutes mid-day.

Matterhorn maxes out at 45 minutes.

Peter Pan maxes out at 60 minutes.

Alice maxes out at 40 minutes.

Storybookland maxes out at 40-50 minutes.

TTwC is usually one show cycle, about 20 minutes max.
