Can you tell me more on how this works?

If I order them to be sent home, do the dates start when I order or the first time I use them?

Also, can I purchase these at the gate too or only on the net?

The AP starts when it's activated at the gate...not from the purchase date. Based on what posters have reported recently, I would assume this is only available online as they had problems buying a non-resident Power Pass at the gate.
