We have non expiring tickets from several years ago. DS and DD and no longer kids. What do we do?

Take the tickets and the (former) kids to any ticket booth or Guest Relations.

I have always used Guest Relations, they are very helpful and explain all of your options and costs involved. They are located inside and outside of the
parks.

I've done that too, Guest Relations just exchanged the ticket for an adult one, no charge. Good luck with it!

Disney does not penalize kids for growing up.

For those of you who have a completely unused child's ticket, the policy is different. You have to change the ticket outside of a theme park, no price-bridging, and you owe the difference between the child's ticket and an adult ticket.
