I know alot you don't like when people try to get over on Disney but.... does anyone know if I buy a 5 day no expiration tix now, if I can upgrade to 10 day later?

My first instinct would be that the answer is 'no' because Disney no longer sells a no-expiry ticket. When upgrading, you pay the difference between the price of the ticket you're holding and the current gate price of the ticket you want to upgrade to. You can't do that if there's no gate price for a 10-day no-expiry ticket anymore.
