Non expiration tickets =current pricing?

Does anyone know the current pricing or the non expiration option?

I know you have to add it while at Disney, or with tickets through UT, but we have the option to buy them through my DH workplace so I want to compare apples to apples.

You can find it on Mousesavers. She has a list with all the options, both individually and for every possible ticket type/add-on.
