Okay please don't flame me! I LOVE LOVE the Disney food and if it were up to me? That's the only place I'd eat in Orlando.

BECAUSE of that.... I have no idea what to suggest to my parents and can't figure out on the DIS where is a good place to post this.

My parents are seniors and super penny pinchers. They've got the money but it makes them happy not to spend it unneccessarily. One thing I have learned with my parents is that everyone has more fun if you don't argue, don't try to push them into something they don't want to do.

I'm trying to convince them to let me take them to Ohana, but that might not fly. Mom keeps saying, "Well, we can just go get food outside of Disney somewhere".

These are the people who argued over "$3.25 for the non-line but also no bacon Pancake Breakfast vs. the place with a LONG line AND bacon for $3.00". I wound up saying PLEASE I'll give you each a quarter if we can just stay here and EAT LOL! :upsidedow

So, for the one night they're going to be in Orlando I want to have some convenient backup choices near the world. Good food, Good service, reasonable pricing.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed on a couple Disney options but :scared: You just don't argue with my mom. LOL :)

TIA for any advice

Down past the Downtown Disney area (at the Crossroads) there are several chain restaurants they may like.
If you have a car, Celebration has several places. But not sure if by your parents' standards they would be reasonably priced.
