Non Disney - Elmo Party Designs PLS HELP

Hello all, my sons' first birthday is coming up and our theme is Elmo. I was looking for help with party decoration ideas.. and pictures of decorations.

I also would like if someone can pass on a template for various sizes for favor party bags for the kids.

I don't know if you need favors or invites but I have a few in my 4shared accout in the link in my signature. There are several invites in the "blank invitation" file and I have a sucker wrapper and a few other things in the candy wrapper file.
