Non Discounted Nights?

I am trying to plan ahead what on how much I need to pay off the 3 upcoming trips I have planned. Currently all of them are booked at rack rates. My hope is that they all can be discounted with either passholder or resident rates when they are released. Are there nights that aren't discounted, besides the major holidays? What has everyone's experience been lately? We haven't been in a bit and previously always did quick one night trips wherever we could get the best rate.
