Non-Character Breakfast Bests

DW and I have made plans for a June trip staying at CSR. This trip it is just us, no In-Laws or nieces or nephews.

What would be your top 5 breakfast restaurants that are non-character. We will not be in any hurry, and on a very flexible schedule.

Kona Cafe

I've not tried the following personally, but heard LOTS of great things about them on the boards

Spoodles
Yacht Club Galley

And finally...Tony's at MK, they just don't serve it anymore.

Bring back Tony's Breakfast!!!!

Hubby and I love Spoodles at the Boardwalk....I don't think any of our other favorites still serve breakfast.

If you are going to the MK some day, you may want to try the breakfast at Concourse Steakhouse at the Contemporary. It is our favorite breakfast and we have it a few times each vacation. The servers have always been very friendly and the food is yummy and hot!

I love the Grand Floridian Cafe's breakfast.

The last time that I stayed at the Contemporary, I took the monorail to the GFC each morning before arriving at the Magic Kingdom.

I loved the fresh squeezed orange juice, the great coffee, and various egg dishes (especially the eggs benedict, frittata and omelets).

Sometimes, I'd bring a newspaper. Other times, I'd just gaze into the eyes of my DH

The white linen table cloths were a nice touch, too. Sunshine would stream through the windows behind us. Made for a very pleasant way to start the morning.

If you're staying at Coronado, definitely go to the Maya Grill for breakfast one morning!

Oh me too on the GF Cafe. You can't beat the atmosphere. And I have to say the service was absolutely terrific. We ended up there 3 times on our trip last Oct.

We love the breakfast at Spoodle's. We are planning to eat there twice on our upcoming trip.

Hmmm...Boma has a pretty good breakfast buffet too. It has that great Kenyan coffee in the press that hubby loves. May be a bit out of the way if you aren't staying on that side and going to a different park, but if you're going to AK it's a nice pitstop!

The Buffet at the Marriot World Center (more than worth the trip - you won't beleave it!!)

If you don't mind travelling a little bit, try Trail's End at FW. The breakfast buffet is one of the best deals on property.

Boma's at the AKL for quality of food. Trails end at the WL for a laid back western style breakfast, with just a wee bit of fun.

My vote is Boma's at AKL. I think it is the best breakfast buffet on property.

Here's another vote for the Grand Floridian Cafe! The first time we had breakfast here we were staying at the Yacht Club, but we were told that we HAD to try it - great advice! The pecan pancakes are fantastic! The atmosphere and the views are charming, too.

Kona Cafe
~ great coffee and everyone loves the tonga toast.

Concouse Steakhouse
~ Love the mickey stickies; also love watching the monorail come through.

Grand Floridian Cafe
~ great setting.
