Anyone know of a sit down breakfast (no food courts) that isnt a buffet? Like, is there anywhere to just order two eggs, pancakes, etc..?

Thanks in advance, as always :)

Spoodles, Kona Cafe, Grand Floridian Cafe, lots of others.

Where will you be staying, or what would you like it to be near?

In that case, the ones I mentioned would be my top choices!

You won't find restaurants for breakfast open in the parks, but getting to Spoodles on the Boardwalk would be simple. It has a very lively and happy atmosphere, good food (but HUGE servings!)

Whispering Canyon at the WL also serves breakfast, but I don't know if it's primarily buffet style or not... and it's usually very rambunctious there.

The Grand Floridian Cafe is the quietest of these, and should be easy to get to from the WL. Love their eggs benedict.

I love Kona's breakfasts. Especially the pressed pots of Kona coffee- it's the one place on property where you can find a GREAT cup of coffee. And Tonga Toast!

And there's always room service! Being pampered with breakfast in your jammies is a treat that my DS loves. :sunny:

I almost forgot about room service.. I've only stayed in a value before :)

Thanks so much for your nice descriptions. I think we'll try Spoodles or Kona Cafe. I'll let my bf look at the menus -he's the real breakfast person.

Thanks again for your help. :flower:

:cool1:

The Wispering Canyon Cafe at the WL isn't a buffet. They do have all you care to eat dishes, but not buffet. You can just order a regular breakfast also (not all you care to eat). It hasn't been that rowdy during our breakfast, but if you want a quiet breakfast just tell the host. The menu is:

You could also go to the Kona Cafe at the Poly for a very good breakfast. Take the bus from the WL to the TTC and either walk to the Poly or take the monorail to the Poly. You can take a bus from the Poly to MGM after breakfast.

We have had very good breakfasts at both places.

Kona Cafe's menu looks delicious! And we're doing WCC already for breakfast (since we're staying at WL). I wasnt aware it wasnt a buffet, so thanks for clearing that up!

Definitely make a 7:30 PS at Whispering Canyon! It is NOT a buffet and the food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is fun!

breakfast at WCC is our favorite meal at this restaurant. another choice would be olivia's at OKW. very good and worth getting to the resort. :earboy2:

we're planning on Spoodles, Kona, Whispering Canyon sitdown brkfst
and Chef Mickey's & Cape May character buffets

Im gonna throw boatwrights out there as well (at POR)

great sit down breakfast

I loved Boatrights at PO a month ago for breakfast! The sweetpotato pancakes are soooo good!   My DH said his eggs were so fresh and so good!
