Are you trying it on your phone or your computer? From what I've read, you will only be able to do reservations from your computer but later can do modifications on the app.

As long as their using their phone with a browser (on the actual wdw website) they should be fine, just not the app.

i have an mde account, tickets for 3 and a resort reservation aug. for a package. i am going to reserve at 7 a.m. but i am confused and worried. was i supposed to make three separate accounts? i have one account for me, my husband, my 16 year old. we are linked. we have 3 tickets in the system thru disney. should i be preparing anything now before 7 a.m. that i didn't do ?

Supposedly, under ‘My Disney Experience’ the ‘Parks PassSystem will become the link. We shall all see when’re it comes to pass
