Hello,

The time has come round again for me to either find a better deal with a different network or upgrade my phone with o2.

I think I have decided to upgrade, I am sick of changing my tel (I know some say you can transfer but theres always a catch!) and I havent really seen anything that would beat my current tariff based on my usage.

My dilema is which phone....

I havent had a nokia for ages but I love the 7610. I think it is really quirky! DF says it has been out too long now and is therefor out of date but if I wait for the 6230i to become avail as an upgrade I could be waiting ages & I want a new mobile now!

Have any of you gotten a new mobile recently? Any pros/cons to share?

You think thats embarrassing, Paul? I've still got a 3310!:blush::blush::blush:

Have just bought eldest DD a nice petite little flip phone (her first!) for her birthday, she thinks it is very funny comparing it to her mums "brick"!!!
 

I've just had a Motorola V635 on O2 and I'm very pleased with it :)

You can plug it into your PC via a USB cable and download MP3s, photos and link to your Outlook address book :)

You don't need any usb cables with the D500, its bluetooth and I just use a bluetooth dongle making uploading/downloading pictures, videos and music to and from the pc is sooooo easy...:)

Well mine does Bluetooth as well - but I haven't got a dongle :(

It did come with a free Bluetooth headset though :)

It also has an built in MP3 player :)

So there! LOL
 
I have a 6230 which I have had for about a year now and my only complaint is that I can't get the handset to maintain a GPRS connection when I connect my PDA to it via Bluetooth :(

It works fine with infra-red it's just annoying that I have to keep the two devices looking at each other all the time when using this method.

Other than that minor grumble I think it's a great phone :)

LOL mine has a built in MP3 player too and a built in 1.3 mega pixel camera with flash... so na na na na na ;)
